GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GRC Apartments&Villa, hereina er referred to as GRC, markets and sells Accommoda on Services according to the published informa on, descrip on, schedule and valid price list, and in accordance with the confirmed reserva on/concluded contract, in its own name and for its own account. An agency or a tour operator can appear as the customer of the service for the end user, and the provisions of the general terms and condi ons apply to them as intermediaries. By sending a reserva on inquiry, you confirm that you are in agreement with the General Terms and Condi ons of GRC, and the same becomes a legal obliga on. When providing services, GRC applies the rules prescribed by house rules, hotel and hospitality regula ons, and in accordance with the valid posi ve legal regula ons of the Republic of Croa a.
● A valid credit card is required as a guarantee for your reserva on or payment to the IBAN account of GRC.
● Check-in at the facility is possible a er 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
● Check-out from the facility must be done by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
● If you want to change or cancel a reserva on, you can make changes online, in accordance with the Reserva on Cancella on Terms.
SERVICE PRICES
The valid price of the service is specified in the offer obtained through the Online booking system or the reserva on department. Contracted services cannot be combined with other promo onal offers or packages, unless otherwise agreed. In case of any changes or devia ons from the reserved services, regular prices will be charged. Refunds are not possible for unused services. All types of special services that are not included in the price are paid for by the guest and must be ordered when making the reserva on or upon request on the spot. Note: GRC is not included in the VAT system, and the prices shown do not include VAT.
CATEGORIZATION AND DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT
The accommoda on facili es and services offered are described according to the official categoriza on of the Republic of Croa a. GRC does not assume responsibility for mount-to-mouth or wri en informa on that is not in accordance with the descrip on of the services and the facility itself in the published programs, and which was obtained by a third party. GRC is not responsible in case of incorrect data provided by business partners.
ACCOMMODATION
Accommoda on in the facility is not possible before 3 p.m. on the day the service begins, and it must be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day the service ends. Arrivals a er 8 p.m. must be announced in advance, otherwise GRC does not guarantee the possibility of performing the service, unless otherwise indicated.
TERMS OF CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION BY THE GUEST
The condi ons for canceling a reserva on depend on the part of the year, the accommoda on facility or ac ve offers, and the guest can always view them on their offer/reserva on confirma.
COMPLAINTS
The guest has the right to complain due to unfulfilled contracted service or dissa sfac on. The guest is obliged to submit a wri en complaint to GRC within 8 days of the end of the stay. Objec ons filed a er the expira on of the 8-day period will not be taken into considera on. We emphasize that it is in the interest of the guest to act in good faith and express his will to resolve the complaint during the trip, and send his wri en complaint to the service provider on the spot or via e-mail apartmani@grc.hr and request a wri en confirma on from the service provider that he has received the complaint. Each guest - contract holder submits a complaint separately. GRC will not consider group complaints. The GRC is obliged to issue a wri en solu on to the complaint within 15 days of receiving the complaint, in the manner in which the complaint was received (by email, mail or personal delivery, which will be answered by a wri en shipment with a return receipt). GRC will handle only those complaints for which the guest provides proof that he sent a wri en complaint to the service provider on the spot and that the cause could not be eliminated on the spot. If, due to GRC's fault, part of the services were not fulfilled, the guest has the right to compensa on in the amount of the actual value of the unused services and cannot cover already used services as well as the en re amount of the reserva on. In the event of a dispute related to the contract on online sales and online services, the consumer can file a complaint, or ini ate a procedure for online dispute resolu on through the online dispute resolu on pla orm available at the following link: h p://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Un l the GRC decides on the guest's complaint, the guest renounces media on by any other person, judicial ins tu on or providing informa on to the media.
ORDERING
The customer orders accommoda on services via e-mail, message or telephone. Any person who orders at least one service, i.e. makes a reserva on, fills in the required informa on and confirms the offer/reserva on is considered a customer. All prices are expressed in Croa an na onal currency (EURO).
PAYMENT The ordered products or services are paid for online by card, to the transac on account specified in the offer or on the spot in cash. For payment by credit cards, it is possible to use the following cards: Mastercard, Maestro and Visa credit or debit cards.

Confiden ality of your informa on is protected and secured by using SSL encryp on. Pages for web payment are secured by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryp on. SSL encryp on is a data coding procedure for preven on of unauthorized access during data transfer. This enables a secure data transfer and prevents unauthorized data access during communica on between user and Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and vice versa. Monri WebPay Payment Gateway and financial ins tu ons exchange data by using their virtual private network (VPN) which is also protected from unauthorized access. Monri Payments is PCI DSS Level 1 cer fied payment service provider. Credit card numbers are not stored by Merchant and are not available to unauthorized personnel.
OTHER
GRC reserves the right to change these terms and condi ons. All changes will be applied to the use of www.grc.hr pages. The customer is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the data entered during the purchase. The services provided by the www.grc.hr website do not include the costs you incur using computer equipment and services to access our pages. GRC is not responsible for telephone costs, Internet traffic or any other costs that may arise. Although GRC strives to provide you with the best possible service offer, GRC cannot guarantee that the services on www.grc.hr will meet your needs. GRC also cannot guarantee that the service will be error-free.
